Before we send someone to your location, we do a complete check of his or her Criminal Record and review their Motor Vehicle Record. Every person has been carefully counseled on our expectations for their conduct and appearance in front of our customers. No Surprises by Keeping The Lines of Communication Open
We want to be able to respond to your needs at all times, so we have the ability to contact our drivers at any time of day. We are able to reach our drivers by having their trucks equipped with our on-board satellite system. We are able to view their location within a city block and communicate with them in real-time through the satellite system. Of course, all of our drivers also carry a cellular phone at all times as well.
