Once we provide you an estimate, we will secure the resources for you after you submit a deposit and necessary paperwork. As per our terms and conditions, we require a deposit of 50% for each move based on the quote.

Yes, you can change your move date with us based on our availability. We recommend that you keep us informed of any changes so that we can best work around your schedule.

You may cancel within 24 hours of you scheduled project in writing or by email for the record to get back your deposit less any purchased supplies, certificates, etc.

Yes! We have various insurance options for both the building and your inventory. The cost of processing a certificate of insurance is $100.00. For cargo insurance, we will give you a quote based on the value of your inventory.

Yes! We perform both afterhours (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) and over the weekend at the overtime rate.
